International buyers must add a £3 surcharge to their orders to cover the postal difference, which can be done here: If you forget, we'll simply request you return to the website and purchase the above surcharge on its own - we request this surcharge be remitted within 3 working days of the original order which will ensure your parcel is posted airmail as opposed to surface mail. All items are generally despatched within 3 working days of cleared payment. If for any reason your order won't be ready to ship within this time scale, we will contact you right away by email. Proof of postage is always obtained for every outgoing parcel in the form of either a Certificate of Posting, Recorded Delivery or International Signed For. We will happily provide this documentation should you need to lodge a claim with your postal service for any reason.
